B2B Business Developer - German-speaking Swiss Region

Assignments:
- Implement a sales strategy.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of competitors, customers and market dynamics to better demonstrate our advanced solution in terms of productivity gains and future benefits.
- Identify and prospect new customers and develop the portfolio of existing customers.
- Ensure the growth of the turnover and the maintenance of the margins of the company.
- Negotiate sales contracts and manage commercial projects.
- Work closely with the technical team and contribute globally to the evolution of products by listening to customers and understanding their new needs.
Required profile :
- You are a salesperson - business developer who knows how to listen and make people adhere to your solutions and lead a negotiation until the conclusion.
- You have a higher education in Business and/or a bachelor's degree in engineering, business school or equivalent.
- You have a good technical and commercial understanding of the technology, real estate and building market.
- You know how to lead and implement commercial strategies.
- You are results-oriented and you are a positive and dynamic person.
- You understand the challenges and opportunities of growing a start-up.
- You have excellent communication skills (oral and written) in French and English (a third language is an asset).
